All drivers of any CNHS vans must possess a valid current driver’s license, have at least two years of driving experience, and be able to handle a 12-passenger van. All student drivers must, in addition, attend the Van Training class of UH Hilo Auxiliary Services, and take a test drive in the vehicle, with the respective APT.
Monthly costs of fuel will be billed proportionally among the groups that borrow the vans, based on percentage of miles driven.
