Students Traveling (Back) to Hilo for Spring

Added 9 October.

Effective October 15, Governor Ige has authorized a pre-travel program for the State of Hawaiʻi. Details about whether Hawaiʻi Island will be participating in that program remain uncertain. Due to the constant changes with County and State guidelines, students are encouraged to check back regularly.

We cannot predict whether quarantine will still be required in January. UH Hilo will not be providing quarantine assistance for Spring 2021. Therefore, we advise students to plan accordingly when selecting your Spring 2021 courses and planning any travel to Hilo.
