UH Hilo pharmacy college receives full accreditation

Spanish professor Faith Mishina is doing research and educating her students on events in Latin America about which a great deal of Americans know nothing about, despite being held responsible.
The cohort was trained to make possible the creation of cultural leadership through hula, part of a UH System initiative to make UH a leader in indigenous education.

Researcher Angel Yanagihara, a jellyfish expert, has a contract to provide it to divers with the military’s Special Forces and is willing to offer it free to the city lifeguards.
On Feb. 7, researchers presented their findings to the local community most impacted by the storm; a website provides public access to the research data.
The facility now has a confidential waiting area, nursing triage stations, a pharmacy, treatment areas, a designated lab area, work stations and a private office for the provider.
The master of education program fosters professional growth and the renewal of licensed teachers. The M.Ed. is a 30 semester-hour program that requires four semesters and two summers to complete.
