The new concession will provide more drink options for students on campus and also help fund the new Hale Pa’i ‘Ai food pantry program established for students with food insecurities. The business plan for the concession supporting the food pantry was done by business major Jordan Kamimura.
The changes to the constitution include amendments aimed to build better representation for the student body in light of some of the changes at UH Hilo such as the addition of a new college.
Throughout her academic journey, Lauren Domingo has held on to her aspirations of working in the healthcare sector, and upon graduating from the UH Hilo pharmacy college she hopes to find her passion in the pharmacy field.
