127 Vulcan student-athletes earn academic honors

A total of 127 Vulcans have received Student-Athlete Academic Honors for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or higher through the end of the fall 2025 semester.

The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo’s Office of Intercollegiate Athletics announces a total of 127 Vulcans have received Student-Athlete Academic Honors for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or higher through the end of the fall 2025 semester.

The athletes were honored at a reception held at ʻImiloa Astronomy Center’s Moanahoku Hall. Women’s volleyball senior Emerson Reinke served as this year’s scholar-athlete speaker.

The students come from a wide variety of academic fields and sports teams.
