It’s the first week of classes at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, and Campus Center held a Steps to Success! campus resource fair today at the Campus Center Plaza as part of fall semester’s Vulcan ʻOhana Week.

The “Steps to Success!” fair highlighted various campus programs and services available to all students. Staff from the various campus resource offices were on hand to answer questions.

The event was an excellent opportunity for students to connect with members of the campus community and learn about important resources that can help with student success.

Christian Andersen, research director at the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) educational facility housed at UH Hilo’s College of Natural and Health Sciences, set up a table at the fair.

“Today, we’re diving into conversations about space exploration, studies, and career opportunities at the @UHHilo Steps to Success Fair,” says Anderson on X. “The Campus Center is alive with curiosity and excitement as we kick off Vulcan ʻOhana Week!

Yesterday, the Let’s get Involved student organization fair was held, and tomorrow is the Feel Inspired, Get Hired! student job fair.
