127 UH Hilo student-athletes named to 2022-23 Academic All-PacWest team
UH Hilo’s total of 127 students named to the 2022-23 Academic All-PacWest team is second only to last year’s record-setting numbers.
A total of 127 student-athletes from the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo earned spots on the 2022–23 Academic All-PacWest Team.
To qualify, student-athletes must have attended UH Hilo for both semesters this past academic year while achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. They also need to have appeared in at least one game or contest during their season of play.
This year’s number of 127 student-athletes ranks second only to last year’s record of 133.
Overall, it was a banner year for the conference as 1,819 total student-athletes were named to the Academic Pac-West Team.
