UH Hilo welcomes 19 new faculty and staff

Nineteen new faculty and staff join the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo ʻohana this semester. The newcomers were officially welcomed at the 2022 Fall Welcome event hosted on campus by Chancellor Bonnie Irwin Aug. 31 at the Performing Arts Center.

“We are pleased to introduce newcomers to UH Hilo,” says Chancellor Irwin. “These are foremost experts in their fields, extraordinary educators and staff, and we’re proud to have them part of our university ʻohana. Mahalo to the search committees for a job well done.”
