Community Outreach
The second episode of Wailau premiered over the weekend with stories of A Just World from students Evangeline Lemieux and Reynelson K. Martin Jr., alumnus Nicholas Iwamoto, staff member Kathleen Baumgardner, and community members Taylor and Antoinette Smith. The next Wailau will take place in fall with the theme, Getting from Point A to Point B. Apply to be a storyteller.

Human Resources
The Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) has extended the 2021 Active Employee and Premium Conversion Plan (PCP) Open Enrollment deadline to Friday, May 14, 2021. Employees must submit their EC-1 Form and supporting documents to their HR Representative or Open Enrollment Designee by this date, including any amended forms
Operations
The UH Hilo Online Support Room is open Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., to assist with semester-end needs. Appointments are also available for working directly with a member of the Distance Learning Team.
The Athletics Parking Lot is partially closed with the two parking rows closest to the tennis courts closed until further notice for the installation of an underground water line. The ADA parking stalls are closed with two of the stalls relocated temporarily to the existing Carpool parking area.
