Sodexo, the primary food service provider at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, is offering an online food ordering app that can be used on any mobile device or computer. The GET Mobile app allows students, faculty, and staff to quickly and safely pre-order, pay, and pick up meals at a specified time and location.

Online order and pick up will be offered at the Campus Center dining room, Hale Kehau dining room, and Munchies (Hale Kehau). Deja Brew will continue as an “order in-person only” beverage and grab-and-go concession.

Pre-orders must be made at least 30 minutes ahead of time and the app can notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Online payment methods include the credit/debit card and Sodexo dining and bonus points. Contactless in-person payment at the register is also available via an app-generated barcode. Meal plan and flex points balance can also be checked via the app and points can be reloaded within the app throughout the school year.

Additional GET Mobile app information can be found on the Online Food Orders webpage.

Visit the UH Hilo Sodexo website for contact information, hours of operation, locations, and menus.
