COVID-19 testing on UH Hilo campus, Tuesday, Sept. 1

The event is open to UH students and employees, as well as the public.

Premier Medical Group Hawaii will be doing COVID-19 screening (provider on site) at Vulcan gym, University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event is open to UH students and employees, as well as the public.

Bring photo identification and medical insurance card(s) if available. No one will be turned away if uninsured.

Wear a face covering and maintain physical distancing while at this event. To speed up the processing on Tuesday, the intake form can be printed and filled out beforehand.

Forms will be available at the testing site as well.

Employees must inform their supervisors if they would like to go to this testing so that supervisors can ensure work/office coverage.

There will be additional testing on campus on Friday, Sept, 18, and Friday, Oct. 2.
