Spring 2020 semester starts! At an ongoing event called Vulcan ʻOhana Week, a wide range of welcoming committees have set up fun activities and informational tables at the Campus Center Plaza.

Spring 2020 semester started on Monday at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. New and returning students are being welcomed back through a variety of activities on and off campus: last week, students attended Orientation sessions, and on Saturday new international students ventured out into the rain to visit some of Hilo’s landmark sites.

This week during the first three days of instruction, at an ongoing event called Vulcan ʻOhana Week, a wide range of welcoming committees have set up fun activities and informational tables at the Campus Center Plaza.
