Amy “Māhealani” Jones has been named graduate division and articulation specialist. She has worked in the UH Hilo Office of Admissions or almost 17 years, where, among other tasks, she managed the graduate application process. Jones also is tasked with supporting articulation efforts with other campuses, and creating program-to-program maps that students can easily follow if they plan to attain a bachelor’s degree at UH Hilo. She will be collaborating with faculty and administration, and with faculty and administration at other campuses to assure that the transfer maps satisfy requirements for programs on both campuses, and that they will facilitate student success.
