Mindfulness for Busy People
Cultivating mindfulness can help you live more consciously and make smarter, happier, and healthier choices, thus enhancing your well-being, quality of life, and ability to manage stress. This class will focus on helping you practice and integrate mindfulness into your life with just a few minutes of extra dedicated time. For those who already engage in mindfulness practice, this is a great opportunity to refresh your understanding of the basic principles, and to re-inspire and deepen your practice. There will be new material not presented in previous classes.
