Activities and Services

UH Hilo's ID Office is open for Campus ID and validation services on Mondays through Fridays from 8:30AM-3:30PM and closed on holidays and weekends. We will also be closed on the following:

• Wednesday, June 11th, 2025: King Kamehameha I Day
• Friday, July 4th, 2025: Independence Day
• Friday, August 15th, 2025: Statehood Day
• Monday, August 18th, 2025: Admin Days-Prep for New Student Orientation
• Tuesday, August 19th, 2025: Admin Days-Prep for New Student Orientation
• Wedensday, August 20th, 2025: New Student Orientation

Currently, We are able to issue validations for Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 only. Validations for Fall 2025 are issued on beginning in August 2025, specific date TBA.
