UH Hilo Happenings (December 1-7, 2019)

UH Hilo Happenings (December 1-7, 2019)

Aloha Students,

We hope you enjoyed the long weekend and are ready to tackle the final weeks of this semester. We’re almost there! As a reminder, if you haven’t already registered for next semester, please be sure to do so, as classes are filling up. We want to make sure you get into all the classes you need to keep moving toward graduation.

It’s about that time of the semester when students may begin to feel the pressure of stress and responsibilities, so check out Walk-In Wednesdays with UH Hilo Counseling Services in SSC E-203. Counselors are available for 30 minutes walk-in sessions between 1-4 pm on Wednesdays. No appointment needed. If you’d like to speak with a counselor when it’s more convenient for you, be sure to contact them at (808) 932-7465 or email uhhcouns@hawaii.edu

Finally, we want to remind you that the Graduate and Professional School Fair is scheduled for this Friday, from 10:30am-2:00pm on the Library Lānai. If you’re interested in continuing your education after UH Hilo, be sure to check it out! It’s never too early to begin researching what’s available and aligning your degree with your education and eventual career.

Have a great week!
