To University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo Faculty and Staff: The Chancellor’s Development Fund is sponsoring slots for a professional development workshop to be held in Kona this month.
What: Summer Professional Development workshop entitled, “How to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Over the Phone.” Hosted by Fred Pryor Seminars & CareerTrack. The topic of this workshop will address the UH Hilo Strategic Plan Goals 2, 5, and 6 to improve university organization and promote collaboration.
Date: Friday, July 18, 2014
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Place: Kuakini Tower, 75-5722 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona
Fee: $150 to the public, but the Chancellor’s Development Fund will be sponsoring complimentary seats exclusively for UH Hilo faculty and staff.
Requests for fee waivers are now being accepted. All interested individuals will need to complete and submit the information below to UH Hilo College Of Continuing Education And Community Service for review by Friday, July 11, 2014.
