GS. Social Science Requirement Fall 2011 and thereafter

6 semester hours.

Students select one semester course in one area and a second semester course in a different area. These courses use the terminology of theories, structures, or processes in the social or psychological sciences and engage students in the systematic study of human behavior, both social and individual.

These courses are certified as meeting the Social Sciences requirement effective Fall 2011 and thereafter.  Students using the 2011-2012 catalog who wish to apply to the Social Sciences requirement courses not listed on this page must submit a Request for Modification of Academic Requirement.
