• Scholarships ceremony/event: May 2 evening (4:30-9:00pm)

3.) Chairs update:

• Fall 2025 schedule posted/complete

4.) Discussion on CoBE director position:

• Vote for Todd’s continuation/ reappointment for director position recommendation
  • Motion: Angela
  • Second: Keisuke
  • Vote: 10-0-1
• Discussion to be continued: Potentially write a separate letter or include in one letter to “Recognize Todd’s work and would like to reappoint him as Director. However, we still envision our College to have a Dean in the future?
