• Overall decision to close discussion about Dr. Marusek and her application to join CoBE
• Todd to inform the decision to Dr. Marusek

3.) CoBE Director position discussion:

• Discussion about the need for a Dean (some time in the future)
• Discussion to follow current process of applying for Director position in the future, if more than one candidate shows interest
• Renewal/ reappointment of Dr. Todd Inouye’s role as Director
