1. Approval of Minutes (12/21/2024)

2.Postponed meeting agenda 6 (Vote on BUS240 and Dr. Sarah Marusek) and 8 (Faculty classification discussion)

3. AACSB Update:

• Finalizing report and arranging visit/meeting schedule. Possibility of request to collect more data. Visit schedule from 3/8-3/11

Director's Update:

• Hiring for Finance position- currently posted. Some lecturers arranged as backup (Search committee: Keisuke, Sukhwa).
• Budget allocation & PD funding situation explained and discussed
• Senate to recommend new CoBE director to Keiki during Spring 2025

5. Chair's Update:

• Inform Chairs if any feedback on lecturers/teaching staff are provided by students

6. New Faculty Senate Vice Chair:

• Motion: Adopt plan A (Todd)
• Second: Angela
• Vote: 9-0-1

7. Visiting Scholar:

• Prof. Bruce Lagrange: Possible Research seminar to be arranged during Spring Semester

8. Summary of AI data Collection:

• Possible continuation/repeat this survey for faculty- allow examination and discussion of AI issue in CoBE.
