Miso Dressing
Makes 2/3 cup.
Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. red miso
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 6 Tbsp. water or vegetable stock
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced scallions
Directions
- Mix the miso, honey and mustard together.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
- Let sit 15 minutes before using.
- Makes 2/3 cup.
