Honey Teriyaki Chicken
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lava Bee Honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red table wine
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (3lbs) broiler-fryer chicken breasts
Directions
- Place the chicken in a plastic food storage bag or large glass baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients by whisking together and coat chicken
- Close bag or cover baking dish and refrigerate for about 6 hours, turn every 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place chicken in an oven safe dish and bake for 35-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
