Honey Teriyaki Chicken
Makes 4 servings


  • 1/2 c Lava Bee Honey
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c red table wine
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (3lbs) broiler-fryer chicken breasts


  1. Place the chicken in a plastic food storage bag or large glass baking dish
  2. Combine remaining ingredients by whisking together and coat chicken
  3. Close bag or cover baking dish and refrigerate for about 6 hours, turn every 2
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place chicken in an oven safe dish and bake for
    35-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately
