Broiled Honey Ginger Scallops
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Lava Bee Honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound scallops
Directions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Add Scallops, mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Remove scallops from the marinade and don’t discard the marinade.
- Broil, turning occasionally, and baste with marinade until scallops are opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
