Asparagus in Honey Garlic Sauce
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Lava Bee Honey
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cup Lava Bee Honey Ale
- 1/2 crushed dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients except salt, and olive oil, set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat asparagus in olive oil on medium heat, add salt.
- After 4-6 minutes of frying, drain oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes, Serve.
