Call for Offers - University Dining Services Contract - Now Open!

Offer Forms to Operate Food, Beverage and Catering Concessions for University of Hawaii at Hilo, Hilo, Hawaii will be available from and received at UNIVERSITY HOUSING, UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII AT HILO, 200 WEST KAWILI STREET, PB 11-8, HILO, HAWAII 96720, and must be submitted no later than 2:30 p.m., April 2, 2010.  Offers received after the time and date fixed for submission will not be considered.   

Vendors located outside the Island of Hawaii, Hawaii, USA, may request a copy of the Call for Offers to be sent via U.S.Postal Service by providing the vendor's name, address, contact person and telephone number.  If express shipment is desired, requests must be submitted in writing with an account number, BILLABLE TO THE RECEIVER, and an authorized signature.
