You should file an "Unsafe Conditions Report" for any item, issue, or situation that you feel may pose a threat to the health, safety, and welfare of any individual who has dealings on UH Hilo property. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) prior to filing your request as your request may already be covered there. You will receive a response within 24 business hours of filing your report. (Contact 933-3300 if you have not received a response within 24 business hours of filing your report.) If you already filed an Unsafe Condition Report, you may also check on your report's status.
