We are located on the 1st floor of the New Student Services Center (SSC-W101).
University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo's Cashier's Office is responsible for providing student account information, collecting payments for tuition, registration fees and other miscellaneous campus charges, disbursing refunds and processing financial aid proceeds to students.
Our cashiering staff can assist and provide you with student account information and processing tuition and fee payments.

Pre-note Verification for ACH Payments on Your Student Account
Effective October 24, 2016, any new ACH bank account to be used for
payments or refunds on your student account will be subject to a
pre-note verification process.
As part of this pre-note verification process, the University will submit a $0.00 transaction to your bank to verify the account. The verification may take up to five (5) business days to process, and you will not be able to use the account for payments/eRefunds until the pre-note process is complete.
If your account cannot be verified, an email will be sent to your hawaii.edu email address, and you will be unable to use this account. If this happens, you must create a new payment method, which will be subject to the pre-note process again.
Be sure to set up any ACH account for payment or refunds at least 6 business days prior to any refund or payment date, and check your hawaii.edu email for for any error messages.
Existing ACH accounts saved prior to October 24, 2016 will not be subject to this pre-note process.
Please contact your bank to verify your bank account information before setting up an eRefund or ACH payment method account. If your new account does not pass pre-note validation, the account will not be made available for use.

2016 1098T Tuition Statements (Tax Credit Information):
1098T Forms for 2016 will be available on January 31, 2017.
1098T Forms for 2012 - 2015 are available at MyUH portal. Login with your UH username and password, then click on the “Tax Notification” link on the left side of the page, and enter the tax year.
