Refunds due to a complete withdrawal, change from full-time to part-time, drop in credit hours or change from one tuition rate to another are processed after the end of the 50% drop period within 4 weeks for that semester.
Fees
*Note: Student activity fees are not refunded unless the student is completely withdrawn from all campuses of the University of Hawaiʻi system on or before the last day of late registration (add period) as established at each institution.

Sign Up For Direct Deposit (eRefund):
If you paid by cash or check, sign up to have your refund direct deposited into your bank account.
Answers to frequently asked questions about eRefunds are available at MyUH FAQs for Student eCommerce Services.
If you do not sign up for direct deposit of your refund, a check, payable to the student, will be mailed to your mailing address on file in the student information system. Please verify and keep your addresses current as all refund checks will be mailed in the following priority :
1. Mailing Address
2. Permanent Address (If Mailing Address is blank)
Mailing address corrections and updates can be made online through MyUH Online Services or in-person at any campus Records Office. Permanent address changes can only be made in-person.
If you paid by credit card, refunds may be credited to the credit card that was used for payment.
Other Important Refund Information:
Refund checks are payable only to the student.
If you have a financial hold with the University of Hawaiʻi, your refund may be delayed as it will not be processed until the unpaid obligation is cleared. Any refund will first be applied to unpaid charges owed to the University.
