Billing
You will not be sent a bill. After you register, your tuition and fee total will appear in your account summary. To view your account summary, log in to the MyUH portal (http://myuh.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf/), click on “View Charges/Make Payment” then click on “Click here to access Student Account Homepage.” Be aware that making changes in your schedule may affect the amount due, so check your account summary each time you make a change.
Payment Deadlines
Note: this is a change in procedure.
Payment deadline for early and regular registration is January 28, 2013.
***Note: The UH System Payment Deadline on December 7, 2012 does not apply to UH Hilo***
Payment must be RECEIVED or you must sign up for the payment plan by January 28, 2013. Registration will not be automatically cancelled for non-payment. If payment is not received or you have not signed up for the payment plan by January 28, 2013, the University of Hawai‘i may place a financial hold on your student account until this obligation is paid in full. Additionally, the University may deny you further registration and/or cancellation of registration, transcripts, diplomas and other University services.
If you do not plan to attend classes, please drop all of your courses by January 18, 2013 AND notify the Financial Aid Office, if you are a financial aid recipient. Failure to do so will make you liable for any charges incurred. You will be responsible for any financial aid that is disbursed to you.

Check with the campus offering the course for refund and withdrawal procedures.

Registration is not complete until payment for your classes has been processed by the Cashier's office.
By registering for classes, you agree that you are accepting financial responsibility for payment of charges for educational services. These charges may include but are not limited to tuition, student activity fees, course and other registration fees, room, meal plans, and collection costs that the University of Hawaii incurs in the collection of unpaid balances.

Payment deadline for students registering April 22 to July 26, 4:00 pm
Payment must be RECEIVED or you must sign up for the payment plan by 4:00 pm (HST) on Friday, July 26, 2013, otherwise your registration may be cancelled. If you were awarded financial aid, you will not have your classes cancelled. If you have not yet received notice of a financial aid award, you should check with your campus financial aid office.
Check with your campus records/registrar’s office for re-registration procedures if your registration is cancelled.
Payment deadline for students still enrolled or registering after July 26

You are responsible for paying for applicable tuition and fees. Registration will not be automatically cancelled for non-payment. If payment is not received or you have not signed up for the payment plan by September 16, 2013, the University of Hawai‘i may place a financial hold on your student account until this obligation is paid in full. Additionally, the University may deny you further registration and/or cancellation of registration, transcripts, diplomas and other University services.
