Faculty Resources
- The UH Hilo Faculty Congress is the policy making body of the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo for all academic matters of concern to more than one unit. On system-wide issues, the Congress shall convey the views of the UH Hilo faculty to the President through the Chancellor.
- The CAS Faculty Senate is the body responsible for faculty governance in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Instructional Technology and Distance Learning Services (IT & DLS)
Instructional Technology and Distance Learning Services (IT & DLS) assists faculty with incorporating technology into their curriculum; instructional design support for the development of hybrid, Distance Learning, and master courses; instructional research; and special instructional technology requests. These efforts are facilitated through our new Instructional Technology lab located in UCB 120 where faculty can come for one-on-one or group training, assistance with a variety of hardware and software, or to use current technologies with the benefit of personal support from in-lab Media Specialists.
Help Desk
The Office of Technology and Distance Learning (OTDL) Help Desk was developed to provide a one-stop-shop for all your Computer and Audio/Visual technology assistance needs. If you need help, please check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), call the UH Hilo Help Desk at 933-8858 or submit a trouble report.

Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO)
The Environmental Health & Safety Office's mission is to ensure a safe campus environment for Faculty, Staff, Students, and Visitors.
Office of Institutional Research (OIR)
The Office of Institutional Research provides research for academic departments, faculty committees, and administrative offices as well as external federal and state agencies, accrediting agencies (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and to various college guidebooks.
