Mission

The Student Service Corps provides programs and projects which serve the co-curricular cultural, social, recreational, environmental, and educational interests of the students of the University of Hawaii at Hilo. The SSC contributes to the development of student skills and provide experience in program and project planning, and in volunteer and fiscal management. Most importantly, it educates student coordinators the importance of applying the philosophy of learning and serving at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and the communities surrounding it.
