Return your Intent to Enroll card to the Admissions Office along with your non-refundable $60 tuition deposit.
What does this mean? If you plan on enrolling at UH Hilo, we need to know so we can get your record ready to allow you to register for classes. Fill out your Intent to Enroll card, found in your acceptance packet from the Admissions Office, and send it in ASAP with your $60 tuition deposit.
Submit your Confidential Health History form to the UH Hilo Student Health Service office NOW or you won't be able to register!
The State of Hawai'i mandates that certain health requirements must be met for entry to post-secondary educational institutions and you may not register for classes until you have submitted your health clearance.
What does this mean? No Confidential Health History form? No registration. If you don't hand in your Confidential Health History to the SHS office PRIOR to your registration session, you will not be permitted to register for classes. The Confidential Health History form is located in your acceptance packet or you may download a copy at www.uhh.hawaii.edu/forms . If you have specific questions about this policy, please contact the SHS office directly.
