Instructions

  1. A $50 application fee is required with your application. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid each time you apply. A form to pay the fee by credit card is available for download in Adobe Acrobat format.
  2. Transcripts from all previous colleges and post-secondary schools are required of transfer students. Official transcripts must be sent directly from each school to the Admissions Office.
  3. High School students must have official high school transcripts and SAT or ACT scores sent directly to the Admissions Office.
  4. Incomplete applications will not be considered past the deadline. Complete applications must have transcripts and test scores as stated in the Admissions Requirements.
  5. Payments and other required documents should be mailed to:

I am a permanent resident of a member state and I agree to the terms of participation. Terms: To be eligible for the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program, you must be a resident of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming or Washington state. WUE tuition and fees are equal to 1.5 times the resident rate. Your residency status must be maintained throughout the duration of your participation/enrollment in the WUE program. Should you choose to change your residency status to Hawaii, you must comply with the University's residency requirements from the time in which you terminate participation in WUE. Non-resident tuition and fees will be assessed while you are in the process of qualifying for Hawaii residency status. The academic eligibility requirements and program restrictions are listed on the WUE program application form .
