Class Descriptions:
Abs & Core - 45 minutes of just abs! Think 45 minutes is too long? Don’t worry, it’s really not! With a variety of motions and exercises, you will work all the muscles in your core without getting bored! Come and try this class and get the six-pack you’ve always wanted!
Judo* (RISO)- Come and test your stamina, strength coordination and endurance through the art of Judo. You will learn self discipline, self control, and it can help to improve your self confidence.
Plyo-Sculpt- This class is designed to push you to the limits! You will learn how to develop, strength, speed and stamina through the use of various movements such as kicks, lifts, jumpa and body weight exercises.
Spin - Want to burn about 450 calories in 50 minutes while toning your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles? Then spinning is for you! You will stay in place with the same basic movement throughout making it easier to concentrate on your form than in other aerobics classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the spinning instructor, you are in control when it comes to setting your own pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by changing your pace or adjusting the tension knob on our “world class” cycle bikes.
Total Body Conditioning– Maximize your body’s fat burning potential by adding strength training exercises to your routine. This class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, and medicine and stability balls, followed by abdominal exercises. Your body will be burning calories, building lean muscle mass and it will give you a great total body workout in just under an hour.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – This class is open to all levels. Come and enjoy the upbeat pace of this class. During class students will flow through Sun Salutations, standing and sitting poses, balancing asanas, back bends and stretches. Modifications to asanas are offered to accommodate various abilities.
Yoga – This class integrates various yoga teaches such as Hatha, Iyengar, and Astranga yoga. It will help you to strengthen your body while also being able to calm your mind, body and spirit.
Zumba®: Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. You will love this exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements combined with core strengthening exercises.
