Brazilian Jump - This is a high-energy, jump class using mini-trampolines for a fun kick-butt cardio workout. Space is limited, so be sure to come early to reserve your spot!

Total Body Conditioning- Maximize your body's fat burning potential by adding strength training exercises to your routine. This class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, medicine and stability balls, followed by abdominal exercises.  Your body will be burning calories, building lean muscle mass and overall get a total body workout in just under an hour.

Asthanga Power-flow Yoga – Learn the science of physical and mental focus that will help you build strength, stamina, and balance through training posture and breathing techniques.  This class also focuses on helping to improve alignment, agility, control, power and balance.

Spin - Want to burn about 450 calories in 50 minutes while toning your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business?  Then spinning is for you! You will stay in place with the same basic movement throughout making it easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the spinning instructor, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on our “world class” cycle bike.

Yoga – This class integrates various yoga teaches such as Hatha, Iyengar, and Astranga yoga.  It will help you to strengthen your body while also being able to calm your mind, body and spirit.

Zumba® - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.  You will love this one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements combined with core strengthening exercises.
