The Aquatic Program offers a variety of certifications to its members.

To sign-up you must come in and pay for the class in Cash or check during the business weeks prior to your class.

American Red Cross Classes

First Aid/CPR/AED class

This is a one day CPR class- It is valid for 2 years and includes Adult, Child and Infant certifications CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.  Cost 35 Dollars. This is a great class to take to gain needed background knowledge and potential lifesaving skills.

Wilderness and Remote First Aid

This is a two day class that focuses on not being around professional medical help. This is a serious fun class!  You must have the American Red Cross First Aid and CPR current to participate in this two day EdVenture. Cost is 50 dollars

Lifeguard Certification

This class includes the full 2 year American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, First Aid/CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Emergency Oxygen Administration. All certifications are for 2 years from certification date.

There is a swim test to enter this class that will be done on day one of class. Please try the swim test before signing up for the class. Information on the swim test can be found here. You MUST pass the swim test before signing up for the class. Please see the Lifeguards at the pool to take the test.

There are three opportunities to become certified offered this semester. Each Class is three days long; Students must attend all three days of the same class set and complete skills to earn certification. Cost 135 Dollars.

  • Option one for full certification class-   February 15th, 16th, and 22nd  (Closed)
  • Option two for full certification class -    March 8th, 9th, and 15th (Closed)  
  • Option three for full certification class -   April  19th, 20th and 26th
