Academic Support Campus Development Community Outreach A Gathering Place The Highly Engaged Learning Placement (HELP) program part of the high impact student employment initiative at the PISC. Funded by our AANAPISI grant, HELP enables Pacific Islander students at UH Hilo to create meaningful employment opportunities that impact their education while fulfilling a need in the Pacific Islander communities on campus, Big Island, or throughout the Pacific Island regions.
