Relaxation Station!

Overwhelmed with studying, exams and papers? Stressed out? Come join us in relaxing activities that are designed to help you cope with stress and ease your worries. This month we are offering massage, movement, mandalas, breathing, Play-Doh, sand play, and other fun, creative, relaxing activities. Free to all students.
