Career Expo: Job and Internship Fair

Location: Campus Center Plaza

On Monday, October 5, the Office of Applied Learning Experiences (ALEX) provides perhaps your best opportunity to get a job or secure an internship for next semester. The ALEX Job & Internship Fair, held from 4 -7 p.m. on the Campus Center Plaza, features 36 employers offering nearly 60 internships (many on campus) and a host of job opportunities.

Largely regarded as one of the best recruiting events in the state by employers, the Career Expo requires students to dress professionally (collared/Aloha shirt or blouse and slacks or skirt) and have resumes in hand. Get resume fed back by uploading your resume to College Central Network (collegecentral.com/hilo-hawaii).

For a more informal interaction with a smaller group of employers (12) plan to attend the Talk Story Session on the Library Lanai from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Monday, October 5 as well.
