Pacific Students Media was founded by UH Hilo students to combat misinformation in the general media about Pacific Islanders in Hawai‘i.
UH Hilo caught the action with its cam set up at the university’s educational telescope on Maunakea.
The facility now has a confidential waiting area, nursing triage stations, a pharmacy, treatment areas, a designated lab area, work stations and a private office for the provider.
The lactation room, located at the Campus Center, is comfortable, quiet, and private. Having a convenient room available only for this purpose could help improve employee and student performance and attendance.
The photo exhibit celebrates the 40th anniversary of the birth of the dance program at UH Hilo and the 22nd anniversary of the dance program at Hawai‘i CC. The exhibit will be displayed at the UH Hilo Campus Center through Feb. 12
