This is the UH Hilo report. News about people, events and programs at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.

UH Hilo’s pharmacy school and a university in Thailand are establishing an exchange program. The agreement between the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy and Rangsit University, located directly north of Bangkok, will give UH Hilo students in the fourth year of pharmacy school a chance to go to Thailand for their Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences. Rangsit Ph.D. students will have an opportunity to come to Hawaiʻi to work in the Inouye college's laboratories.

The agreement also allows faculty to collaborate on research and work with professional pharmacists. This is the second agreement between the Hilo pharmacy school and a Thai university. The first was signed in 2011.
