This is the UH Hilo report. News about people, events and programs at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
By now you are probably familiar with the newly accredited College of Pharmacy but you may not know that the University also has a Pre-Pharmacy Program. Pre-Pharmacy is a two-year, comprehensive preparatory program of study providing students with the necessary background for successful application to and completion of the four-year Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. Any student completing their coursework at an accredited college or university in the state is eligible to participate.
Although completion of the Pre-Pharmacy Program does not guarantee Admission to the College of Pharmacy, all participating students will receive specialized advising toward development of an academic plan and guidance on the application process to Pharmacy schools.
