Orders for the Ag 194C Focus on Agriculture Cookbook are now being taken at the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resource Management, University of Hawaii at Hilo . Big Island residents may pick up a copy for $12.00 or it can be mailed Statewide to interested individuals for $15.00 per copy, which includes shipping and handling.

The cookbook is a result of the Spring 2004 semesterÔÇÖs Thursday evening TV cooking class hosted by Dr. Jack Fujii. Chefs and other personnel from various restaurants in the State were invited to demonstrate preparation of various dishes, using locally produced agricultural products. The cookbook contains a good mixture of ethnic recipes sure to satisfy and cater to the novice and experienced cook. Also included are recipes contributed by students enrolled in the course. Please call (808) 974-7393 if interested in acquiring a copy. Checks should be made payable to UH Hilo and sent to Dr. Jack K. Fujii, UH Hilo College of Agriculture, Forestry & Natural Resource Management, 200 W. Kawili Street, Hilo, HI 96720-4091.
