Stress reduction workshop series offered

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo hosts a workshop series in October on how to better deal with stress.
Instructor Deb Lewis offers My Stress-Filled Life: Better Choices, scheduled for October 14, My Relationships Under Stress: Live and Love Better, scheduled for October 21, and At My Best: Anything Is Possible, scheduled for October 28. All sessions will be held in UH Hilo’s UCB Room 112. Sessions may be taken as a bundle for $125 or individually for $45.
Lewis will teach participants how to hone their skills in dealing with stress that will enhance almost every aspect of their personal and professional life.
