Customer service workshop coming to Kona

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the
University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo conducts a workshop in Kailua-Kona entitled How to
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service on Thursday, August 13, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at
Kuakini Tower, 75-5722 Kuakini Highway, Suite #216. The cost is $150.
How to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service is an interactive and engaging course taught by Lani Weigert, who will show participants how to improve the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of customer service to ultimately improve the all-important bottom line.
