Customer service workshop offered in Kona

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers a workshop on “How to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Over the Phone” on Friday, July 18, 8:30-3:30 p.m. at the Kuakini Tower, 75-5722 Kuakini Hwy, in Kailua-Kona. Tuition is $150.
The informational course will cover specific telephone communication skills, provide tips when dealing with difficult customers, and talk about making every call count, among other customer service techniques and topics.
Employment and Training Funds (ETF) are available. Deadline to apply for ETF is Thursday, July 3.
