Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative service fee.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to aqua2010@hawaii.edu.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 31, 2010.
Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the completion of the 2010 Annual Meeting.
