NotePlease note: The deadline for Early Registration is July 15, 2010 (Midnight Hawaiian Standard Time). Please remit payment by July 31, 2010. Registration on or after July 16, 2010 will incur late fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative service fee.
  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing to aqua2010@hawaii.edu.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 31, 2010.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the completion of the 2010 Annual Meeting.

HAAA (August 16th, 2010) Registration includes:

  • Welcome & Keynote Address
  • Entrance to all sessions

  • Lunch
  • Welcome Reception on 8/16/2010 (6:00 - 9:00pm)

IWAT (August 17th - 19th, 2010) Registration includes:

  • Welcome & Keynote Address
  • Entrance to all sessions
  • Refreshments
  • Lunch
  • Pacific Aquaculture Coastal Resources Center (PACRC) Hands-On Activities
  • Transportation between Hotel and PACRC
  • Welcome Reception on 8/16/2010 (6:00 - 9:00pm)
  • Closing Dinner on 8/19/2010 (6:00 - 9:00pm)

AET (August 20th, 2010) Registration includes:

  • All day bus tour
  • Guided field trip
  • Lunch/snacks

Section 3: Guest Options

The Opening Reception on 8/16/2010 is included for all delegates registered for HAAA and/or IWAT. The Closing Dinner on 8/19/2010 is only included for registered IWAT delegates.
