Practice Schedule

Spring 2012

First day of practice is Wednesday, January 11th at 4:45pm.

Regular practice days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 4:45pm-sundown, Sundays at 10:00am-noon.

All practices take place at the UCC Hulau on Hilo Bayfront.

Membership forms are available online and at practices.

UH Hilo or HawCC Students will be required to complete a UCC membership form and pay their $5 membership fee per semester. UH Hilo, HawCC, RCUH, and University Park Employees are invited to participate with a $15 per semester membership fee. Students, faculty or staff and community who are participating in outrigger canoe paddling should be able to swim and be in good physical health. Anyone who may have difficulty participating in aerobic activities should consult their doctors prior to participating.

Be prepared to get wet!

Sunblock
Drinking water
Swim wear
A positive attitude!

NOTE: Community paddlers interested in outrigger paddling are encouraged to contact the UH Hilo CCECS Office and inquire about their Fitness for Life Program.
