Program Description
The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo's Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy (DKICP) is a four-year educational and experiential program through which students pursue the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. The Pharm.D. program prepares the student for entry into the pharmacy profession.
Admissions
Per the DKICP Website, students must apply and submit a complete application through PharmCAS. A complete application includes a personal statement, two professional letters of recommendation submitted as electronic letters of reference (eLORs), applicable fee(s), and official transcripts from all institutionally-accredited colleges and/or universities attended. The application will ask students to indicate whether they want to be considered for the full-time traditional pathway (on-campus, 4-year program) or the distance education/online pathway (extended, online (XO), 5.5 year program).
