Writing Placement Assessment Online Registration Form
PLEASE NOTE: The August 19 Writing Placement Assessment has been re-scheduled to Tuesday, August 18 beginning at 2:00 pm and ending at 4:00 pm. The room location remains unchanged, UCB 100.
Students who previously registered for the August 19 assessment date by 2:20 pm May 6 will be re-registered for the August 18 assessment date. An email message explaining this change will be sent to those who registered for the August 19 WPA.
REGISTRATION for the August 18, 2015 Writing Placement Assessment is now open. All students who need to register may do so at their convenience. Please do not submit multiple registrations. Doing so takes away seats from those who register after you.
If you are not sure if you need to take this assessment, please go to the UH Hilo Writing Placement Assessment website at: http://hilo.hawaii.edu/academics/wpe/ and read the instructions which identify who must take the WPA.
Registration will end when all seats are filled or at 4:30 pm on August 17 (whichever applies). Registered students need to print and bring the email message confirming their registration on the day of the exam. Students should plan to be at the exam location no later than 15 minutes before the exam begins at 2:00 pm.
This is a timed exam and late arrivals are unlikely to be accommodated once the exam begins.
Student seeking accommodations must contact the Disabilities Office at least one week prior to the exam date so arrangements can be made on their behalf.
Students who are not registered or who register late will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis IF there are available seats on the day of the exam.
Wednesday, May 6, 2015
